Shipping Policy

Storage Central ships to Australia, the United States, Europe and parts of Asia. Many of our products are supplied and dispatched directly from Australian suppliers, and you will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Order processing
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Orders are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you by email and refund you in full.

Delivery times
- Australia: approximately 4-10 business days
- United States, Europe and Asia: approximately 8-15 business days
These are estimates only. Delivery time starts once your order has been dispatched, and delays can occur because of customs, weather or carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days, please contact us.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and your delivery address. Some products include free shipping.

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels.

Customs, duties and taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. Unless shown at checkout, these are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your local customs rules before ordering.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address. Re-delivery costs may apply.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If an item is damaged or incorrect, email hello@storagecentral.au with your order number and photos and we will help resolve it. See our Refund Policy for returns and refunds.
